Tivvy U10s 0 v 1 Moors Youth
An excellent game off football which swung from end to end throughout with both teams dominating in periods. Moors created the early running with some bright off the ball running which caused a couple of early shots to flash wide across Tivvy keeper Harrison Burtons goal. As the half grew and the Tivvy boys found their tempo they started to pass the ball around well and on a couple of occasions found themselves out wide in space which resulted in shots just flashing over from Lewis Coton and Ollie Binion. Mitch Dart also stung the hands of the Moors keeper with a low drive but he did well to recover to dive on the ball. Moors broke quickly on a couple of occasions but the final ball in just eluded the oncoming forwards. With 3 minutes left in the half Tivvy broke through the middle and a shot spilled through the Moors keepers hands and nearly crossed the line before the ball was plucked back by the keeper much to the howls from the Tivvy manager. With a minute to go however Moors grabbed the winning goal a low shot bouncing up just in front of keeper Burton which bobbled in off the keepers arm to hand Moors a tame goal and a 1-0 lead at the break...
The second half was much the same both teams going for the game and the match was stretched across the pitch. Both teams played the game at a high tempo and Moors could and possibly should have stretched the lead by hitting a post from a long range shot from Ashton Hewitt and then second later striking another post with the resulting follow up hitting the bar...The game ended as it started at a fast pace a great game between the local rivals.

Tivvy U10s 2 v 1 Crediton St Etienne
Tivvy put in a high energy performance to get their win. The yellows had Connor Roberts in defence and he proved an influence throughout with his heading power and defending play and won the man of the match award with another improving performance in the defence. The early parts of the game were a little scrappy but Tivvy started to pull the strings with Mitch Dart and Ollie Binion looking dangerous when running and attacking when given space. The yellows took the lead from Ollie Binion when he prodded home after the Crediton keeper couldn't hold a low shot. Tivvy looked comfortable and doubled their lead with a trademark Connor Roberts header as he thundered home a corner to make it 2-0. Crediton did pull a goal back late in injury time with a keeping error but minutes previously Harrison Burton had pulled off a fantastic tip over the bar from a Crediton break. A good well committed contest with the yellows deserving the victory.

Tivvy U10s 1 v 1 Crediton St Germain
Tivvy couldn't break their well organised and very stubborn opponents defence down despite having strong periods of the ball especially in the second half of the contest. Tivvy were a little slow in closing down their opponents in the early stages and after a period of neither team getting hold of the ball the yellows eventually got the break through. The yellows were struck on a great counter attack with the Crediton forward charging down the line cutting across Ryan Doble and firing a shot into the top corner past Burton for 1-0. Tivvy got back on level terms from a great goal. Dangerous Mitch Dart jinked his way to the touchline and delivered a pin point cross to the back post which the on rushing Lewis Coton crashed into the net with a well executed diving header. Mitch Dart was excellent throughout and was tracking in all areas of the pitch helping his teammates in defence as well as attack. The second half was very tight with Burton tipping wide a good low shot and also standing strong to tip over a angled shot. Overall though both sides were concerned not to give anything away and the game was a well balanced draw.

Tivvy U10s 2 v 0 Alphington
Tivvy got back to winning ways after a short series of defeats in recent cup and league games. They learnt from the Westexe game and took the positives into this game and didn't really look back. They started the game at a good pace and in the first half both sides had good ball possession but neither team created clear chances. However a great save from the Alphas keeper denied a shot from Mitch Dart and the ball and the game was very open with lots of space and both sides breaking from one end to the other very quickly indeed. Tivvy started Connor Roberts in defence to replace Zak Hide who went off injured mid way through the Westexe game and Roberts had an excellent game in a position not natural to him. Max Richardson also had a great game up front and used his tricky feet and skills to set up some nice Tivvy attacks. The second half again was tight as the first until Max Richardson prodded home from close range in a scramble in the box to make it 1-0 to the yellows. Tivvy wrapped up the game a few minutes later when Mitch Dart broke quickly and fed Max Richardson whose shot was well saved but Ollie Binion folllowed up to slam the ball home to seal the win for the yellows.

Tivvy U10s 0 v 3 Westexe Youth
A very tight and frantic encounter went to the Exeter side albeit sealed in the last five minutes of the match. Westexe created most of the chances in the first half and went close on a couple of occasions just dragging their shots across the goal when they showed fantastic build up play to get into the positions. The Westexe strikers were lively and gave Zak Hide and Ryan Doble a tough time at times in the Tivvy defence. Westexe grabbed an opening goal with the 1st half coming to an end. Tivvy gave it everything and began to have more ball in the second half and Mitch Dart and Ollie Binion both created chances with their pace on the break. However with five minutes to go and the yellows pushing up to grab the equalizer they were caught with two sucker punches and conceded to two similar counter attacking goals from Westexe. A good game which was very well contested and entertaining.

Tivvy U10s 0 v 1 Dawlish United
A really entertaining and tight cup match between two very even sides was decided by a second half goal by the visitors. Tiverton gave a very good account in a game dominated in the midfield with chances few and far between. Both sets of coaches were aware of how tight the cup tie was and that one chance could decide the outcome and a quarter final place for the winner. As in the earlier league game the score was repeated by a 1-0 win for the visitors. The game started frantically and was slightly scrappy in the early stages.Tivvy using the pace of Mitch Dart to take the ball out to the wings and attack the Dawlish back line early on and this nearly payed off when a ball fell to Dart who fed in midfielder Jordan Mitchell and his low shot was brilliantly blocked by the Dawlish keeper for a corner. Defender Zak Hide flashed a long range shot over the bar from the resulting corner. The half ended with Dawlish seeing more of the ball and becoming more dangerous with every attack although their were no real clear cut chances during the remainder of the half. The second half started with Dawlish looking dominant and positive causing a couple of nervy moments in the Tivvy back line and this was clear when a early shot was beaten away by Tivvy keeper Harrison Burton from a corner. The winning goal when Dawlish broke quickly from the midfield and a little moment of hesitation from the Tivvy defence allowed the Dawlish striker the time to pick his spot and fire the winner past keeper Burton. Tivvy keeper Burton blocked a one on one from another Dawlish raid. At the other end Tivvy were still creating chances Lewis Coton shot wide and a lovely move which resulted in Max Richardson laying off to Connor Roberts who s low shot was again well saved low down by the Dawlish keeper. The last Tivvy chance came to Connor Roberts who just couldnt connect from a cross shot which flashed across the box. A close and even cup tie and a good effort by Tivvy against a very good and organised Dawlish team.

Broadclyst 1 v 2 Tivvy U10s
Tivvy playing their first game for nearly nine weeks started the strongest in the early stages of the game. Mitch Dart went on a mazy run straight from kick off which resulted in the ball being scrambled away. This set the standard for the half as Dart ran at the Broadclyst defence causing lots of problems early on.Ollie Binion shot from distance bringing out a good save low down from the Broadclyst keeper. Mitch Dart again linked well with Connor Roberts and from a one two struck a shot which was well blocked. Broadclyst created a real chance on the break from a Tivvy corner but luckily yellows midfielder Lewis Coton had tracked back superbly and managed to scramble the ball of the line with an excellent piece of defending. The opening goal came when defender Ryan Doble scored his first of the season connecting just inside his own half with a long shot upfield which dropped just in front of the Broadclyst keeper and span over his hand and into the net for 1-0 to the yellows. Tivvy grabbed their second minutes later when Mitchell Dart was played in and kept his cool before drilling into the net for 2-0. Tivvy hit the bar from Dart after a header across the box by Lewis Coton. The second half was a lot closer and Broadclyst really came into it and deservedly scored a goal from a lovely breakaway move down the wing which resulted in a low finish across Tivvy keeper Harrison Burton. Tivvy kept creating a chances from Max Richardson, shooting narrowly wide and Ollie Binion striking from distance bringing out another good tip over by the Broadclyst keeper. Further possession of the ball ensured the points went to Tivvy in an entertaining game.

Newton Knights 1 v 8 Tivvy U10s
Tivvy wrapped up their second win of the day against a spirited Newton Knights. The yellows went straight into the game in attacking fashion the traingle of Connor Roberts, Lewis Coton and Ollie Binion created plenty of ball and attacking support for Mitch Dart who played superbly in a lone attacking role. Dart opened the scoring jinking through to finish for 1-0. Lewis Coton shot just over the bar before hitting a powerful drive which looped up and in over the keeper for 2-0. An Ollie Binion strike made it 3-0 although the keeper nearly making a great save but just unable to palm the ball over his bar. Connor Roberts connected from a cross to make it 4-0 and then Roberts just headed over the bar from a great cross by Coton. Midfielder Jordan Mitchell made it 5-0 following up on a Mitch Dart shot to prod home. The second half started with Jordan Mitchell again finishing off a lovely Tivvy move and collecting the pass before calmly finishing for hsi second goal of the game making it 6-0. Striker Max Richardson latched onto a pass and smashed in a cross shot for 7-0. Mitch Dart grabbed his second goal of the game to make it 8-0 finishing from a tight angle. Newton grabbed a consolation goal they deserved for their attitude and their most impressive player on the day dribbled through the Tivvy.
22nd November 2008 Exeter League
Sidmouth Warriors 3 v 0 Tivvy U10s
Tivvy were beaten by a very impressive team who have looked the best opponents they have faced so far this year. The warriors scored in the 1st half when a Harrison Burton clearance bobbled up and re bounded onto the oncoming Sidmouth forward who rolled the ball into the net. Tivvy had very little chance to make an impression as Sidmouths defence was superb throughout the match. Tivvy keeper Burton was called on a couple of times in the early stages of the first half and made a one on one block and a full stretch tip around the post as the yellows struggled to get into the game on a cold and miserable morning. Tivvys closest effort came when a rare break into the Warriors lead to a cross by Max Richardson and Ollie Binion just missing with a sliding attempt at the back post. Tivvy did see more of the ball in the closing stages but the Warriors ended the half comfortably ahead. The game was over in the first two minutes of the second half when the impressive Sidmouth forward skipped through to finish in the bottom corner for 2-0. The early goal really knocked the stuffing out of the yellows and although they tracked well and hassled they couldn't make enough of the ball to get a goal back. Mitch Dart hassled and swept well throughout the game often relieving the pressure and right at the end of the game a ball broke in the box and the Warrior player had all the time to stroke in the third past keeper Burton to complete a win for the inform Warriors an who are strong in all areas at closing out games.

Sidmouth Vikings 1 v 0 Tivvy U10s
Tivvy started to play a little to late in this game and paid the price in the early stages of the game. Missing midfielder Lewis Coton they missed the attacking running and looked a little fragile in the middle at times. The Vikings were a lot bigger than their opponents and at times the larger players from Sidmouth skipped around their opponents easily. Harrison Burton won the man of the match award with some fine goalkeeping in the game. Burton saved early in the game tipping wide a Sidmouth shot and then blocking a one on one. However this was a sign of things to come and within seconds the Vikings skipped through the middle again and crashed the ball into the net past the oncoming Burton for 1-0. Tivvy had to respond in the second half and improved their game however keeper Burton kept in the game during a five minute spell were the yellows were going forward and Burton made three saves on after the other diving low down to gather one drive and expertly tipping a fierce shot wide and away from danger and hanging onto another fierce shot which most keepers would have spilled!!! Again as in the first match Ollie Binion just missed connecting to a cross by Max Richardson and a shot was prodded wide from a corner by Richardson. Connor Roberts was inches away from bundling home a corner which fell in the box but the overall feeling was it was just no to be for the yellows!!! Overall a disappointing couple of defeats for Tivvy who were in good form going into the game but their opponents also had form on their side and being the bigger team bossed their way to two victories.

Central City 1 v 2 Tivvy U10s
Tivvy were in for a tough game against some very strong opposition but rose to the challenge and showed consistent improvement raising their game and producing a superb performance extending their winning run to 6 games in cup and league competition.Central started the strongest flashing two shots across the Tivvy box and this was enough to spur Tivvy on and they did not look back.Mitch Dart played a one-two which ended with Dart s shot being tipped over by the Central keeper.Max Richardson flashed a shot wide from the resulting corner as Tivvy started to dominate with their neat and direct passing game.Tivvy opened the scoring with a lovely goal, a long ball was pumped forward and Connor Roberts used his aerial power and skill to flick the ball with his head on to the oncoming run of Max Richardson who stroked the ball into the bottom corner of the net. Central caused keeper Harrison Burton into a full length save as he tipped wide a flashing shot from the Central forward.Tivvys Lewis Coton was attacking with surging runs into the box which were causing problems and from this Mitch Dart had a shot tipped over and the half ended with Tivvy in control. Right from the kick off Tivvy scored their second when a simple one-two string of passes from Lewis Coton and Mitch Dart sent Dart clean through the Central defence to shoot into the bottom corner for 2-0 a great piece of passing football.Central then found their form and really started to come at Tivvy and the yellows showed great strength in their defending to hold on. Central did score when an in-swinging corner went straight in to the roof of the net as Ryan Doble and Harrison Burton tried in vain to keep the ball out. Time ticked on in a tense end and Max Richardson had a chance to make it three but hiis shot was well blocked and cleared. The final whistle came as Tivvy hung on against some heavy pressure to claim their second victory of the day.

Central United 0 v 2 Tivvy U10s
The yellows dominated the early stages keeping possession of the ball and using their fluid passing game to good effect on a large playing surface. Ollie Binion headed just over in the early minutes and Max Richardson cross flashed across the Central box. Tivvys early pressure was telling however Central broke often very effectively causing a panic in the Tivvy box which was a sign of things to come in the second half. Ryan Doble held the Tivvy defence well with Ollie Binion and Ryan Doble made some fantastic runs down the wing releasing the pressure when needed on several occasions. Max Richardson scuffed a shot into the arms of the keeper as another yellows chance went begging. Tivvy opened the scoring with a goal of the season contender by Ollie Binion picking the ball up in the centre of the pitch he took a stride forward and from 20 yards out he unleashed a shot which flew into the top corner of the net. Lewis Coton flashed a cross shot just wide and Ollie Binion also went close. The half ended with Max Richardson blocking a clearance which nearly rebounded into the corner of the Central net. The second half started with Tivvy looking like a totally different team and this was possibly their worst half of the season. Tiivy lacked the pasing and movement shown in the first half and the second half belonged to their opponents. Harrison Burton made a great save standing tall to tip a close range effort over the bar. Tivvy were getting beaten to the ball first in all areas and Central were growing in confidence often causing Tivvy problems and resulting in some desperate defending. Tivvy with minutes left sealed the win however when a quick break and a wide ball finding Jordan Mitchell who looked and passed to Mitch Dart who had all the time in the world to pick his spot in the bottom corner to seal the Tivvy victory 2-0.

1st November 2008 Exeter League Cup
Tiverton Town 4 v 3 Alphington
A Really close and entertaining cup tie went down to the wire as both Tivvy and their opponents matched each other in all areas of the pitch and a penalty shootout decided the victors. The alphas started the brightest in the early stages with their main striker causing problems with his height and power. As the game progressed yellows defenders Zak Hide and Ryan Doble closed him down and gave him very few chances. Max Richardson clipped a chip towards the back post which flew just wide after five minutes and Keeper Harrison Burton made a brilliant one on one save when diving low to prevent a goal scoring chance for Alphington. This was the first of may fantastic saves by Tivvy man of the match Burton. The game was very tight with both sides creating good possession in the attacking third but not quite being able to carve out real chances. The second half belonged to Tivvy keeper Harrison Burton pulling off a fine one on one save again and also using strong hands to tip a fierce shot wide of the goal. In between the Alphington chances Will Jacques forced a great safe low down by the Alphas keeper and Tivvy forced a string of corners which could not quite give them the end result. Harrison Burton again tipped a front post shot away for a corner however both teams looked like extra time was approaching and were to close to call. Few chances appeared during the two periods of extra time with the game being played high up the pitches allowing both sides lots of space for quick counter attacks but tiredness and strong defending from both sides ended a cracking cup tie. The lottery of the penalty shootout decided the winner and after Tivvy and Alphington both scored their first three spot kicks the shootout went to sudden death and both sides then missed their next two kicks in a row as both the Alphas keeper and Tivvy keeper Harrison Burton beat away the penalties. The tension was growing on the faces of all and up stepped Tivvys Max Richardson to socre his penalty for Tivvy low to the right and it all ended with yellows keeper Harrison Burton saving his third spot kick of the shootout sprawling to his right to win the game for Tiverton 4-3 on penalties and progress them into the next round.

Heavitree Harriers 1 v 2 Tiverton Town
Two good performances started with a tough victory over the harriers. Playing on a pitch with very long grass and a slight slope took the young yellows a little time to get their impressive passing game going in the early stages. Tivvy started with the big man little man partnership of Connor Roberts and Max Richardson up front. This caused problems with the aerial flicks and power of Connor Roberts backed up with the speed an trickery of Max Richardson they caused plenty of problems in the early stages. Connor Roberts met a rebound in the box with his head which the keeper tipped wide and then he couldn't quite spin to slam the ball home from the resulting corner which was cleared by the harriers. Tivvy were breaking fast and first to the ball and Lewis coton was pulling the strings in midfield with his accurate passes backed up with the mazy skills of Mitch Dart. Heavitree did break and had a shot well typed wide by keeper Will Jacques deputizing for Harrison Burton who was to play a key role later in the day as an outfield player!!!. Max Richardson shot just wide when he jinked through and seconds later he met a rebound in the box with his right foot and slammed the ball home to give the yellows the lead. Connor Roberts headed just over seconds later from a cross by Ollie Binion and then dummied a Lewis Coton free kick which came back off the post and was cleared away. Just before the end of the half Tivvy went 2-0 up when Lewis Coton followed up a Ollie Binion cross and made no mistake. The second half came and went with Tivvy in control but relaxing a little and allowing the Harriers to come onto them a little but the result was never in doubt. Ollie Binion shot wide from a free kick and the impressive Max Richardson also dragged a shot wide of the post. Connor Roberts connected with a scissor kick which rebounded back out to him and he met the rebound with lopping header which the keeper clawed away from the the resulting ball into the box Max Richardson just shot wide. Tivvy passed the ball well and their flowing football was great to watch. Mitch Dart struck a post before Tivvy allowed Heavitree to nip through having got caught cold at the back and the scoreline was 2-1. The minutes ticked away for an eternity but the defence was superbly marshalled by Ollie Binion and Ryan The Bull Doble both players played exceptionally and are the team are looking very strong at the back as well as in the attacking third.
A compliment by the ref to the Tivvy coaching staff at the end of the game which stated that the Tivvy boys were the most well behaved and polite team he had ever referred and they were a compliment to their parents and the club!!! well done lads!!!

Heavitree Comets 0 v 11 Tiverton Town
Tivvy took the form of the last game into this against Heavitree Comets a great bunch of lads who never gave up and played with smiles on their faces right to the end...Tivvy were 4-0 up at half time courtesy of goals from Lewis Coton,Max Richardson, Mitch Dart with a missile of a shot into the top corner and Connor Roberts who again scored with a trade mark header. The second half started with the forward line of defender Ryan Doble and keeper Harrison Burton who got his request for forward action. Neither looked put of place linking well with the rest of the team and creating countless chances to score themselves. Ryan Doble having three shots blocked on the line and just firing wide from a acute angle. He showed real strength and power and could be a weapon when put up front in games. Harrison Burton did get a goal when he just connected with a goalmouth scramble prodding the ball home with the toe of his right foot. Tivvy scored further goals from Connor Roberts with two getting his hat trick, Max Richardson also with two getting his hat trick also. Ollie Binion grabbed his goal before Harrison Burton notched his goal and right at the death Jordan Mitchell popped from midfield to drive home his deserved goal on a very solid performance overall from the yellows...Bring on the cup match on Saturday!!

Tivvy U10s 3 v 3 Newton Abbott 66
Tiverton gave a good performance against a far more bigger and more powerful opposition in Newton 66. Towering above their opponents the early stages were all dominated by Newton Abbot and the young yellows gave their opposition far to much respect standing off and allowing them to boss and control the game. Newton kept and passed the ball around well and although not creating early chances the Tivvy coaching team felt sooner than later chances would come...Eventually Newtons possession told. A through ball sent their striker through and shot across keeper Harrison Burton for 1-0 to the visitors. Tivvy did create a couple of chances in later stages of the half, Ollie Binion shooting across goal and Connor Roberts just connecting to a Mitch Dart cross but unable to connect on the ball fully. Mitch Dart was sent through by a Connor Roberts through ball but he ran out of legs just as the advancing keeper smothered the danger. Tivvy were given some strong advice by the coaches on changing their game and the second half was a massive improvement and turned the game...Within a few minutes the ball broke to Ollie Binion who was moved up into a strikers role for the second half and he buried the shot low into the net for 1-1. Newton were on the back foot and within minutes Tivvy went ahead a cross by Lewis Cotton fell again to Ollie Binion in the box and he stabbed home his second goal to give Tivvy the lead. The game swung back into Newtons favour minutes later when a cross from a corner was prodded goalwards and much to the attempt of keeper Burton the ball just squirmed over the line for 2-2.Newton then took the lead for the second time in the game when another corner was finished off to give them a 3-2 lead. Tivvy never gave up however, Mitch Dart forcing a great tip over from the Newton keeper from a long range shot and Harrison Burton keeping Tivvy in the game with a low one handed save down at his far post. With minutes left Tivvy brought on Max Richardson who had an immediate effect running at the Newton back line and shooting just across goal with his first run and seconds later from a corner which was well parried from the Newton keeper he made no mistake, slamming the ball into the net to earn a draw and end the game 3-3. A great game of football for the spectators and a nervy one for all the coaching staff involved...

Tivvy were a little out of sorts in this game, tiredness crept in a little and some of the players put so much into the second half against Newton previously and the lack of a competitive game for four weeks did show a little in the later stages of the game. A match of few chances throughout for both teams ended in defeat for Tivvy against a tidy Dawlish team who well organised in all areas and proved very tough to break down. Chances were their more in the first half, Max Richardson shot wide from an acute angle for Tivvy and Dawlish striking high and wide from an opportunity on a rare attacking break for either teams.Dawlish took the lead and held onto it for the second half when a scramble in the box was prodded home from a set piece that Tivvy failed to defend something that has to be tighten up on in future games. The second half kicked off and this time Tivvy were not able to break their opponents down in the second half and credit to Dawlish who were excellent in their organisation. The game was being played in the middle and neither team really could get control and two teams pretty even just couldn't break each others game.Ollie Binion did shoot over from a rebounded free kick in the Dawlish box and Zack Hide shot wide in the late stages but not to be for Tiverton however and the game ended in a 1-0 defeat against a well organised Dawlish. A solid organised game by keeper Harrison Burton could commanding of his box throughout and some consistent kicking won himself the man of the match accolade.

St Martins 2 v 2 Tivvy U10s
A fantastic performance by the under 10s against a settled St Martins team who have played together since a young age. Tiverton fielded four new players for the opening league game in pre season games all showed glimpses of their abilities and in both games today the team and new players Ollie Binion, max richardson and Lewis Coton played some fantastic football and can be very proud of themselves due to being a new squad of players for this coming season...An excellent start.
Tivvy started the game in dominate fashion after a scrappy opening few minutes, the first break game when a lovely threaded ball sent Mitch Dart clean through and he held his composure to skip around the advancing keeper to finish in the bottom corner. The yellows were on fire and seconds later a lovely pass from Connor Roberts sent Dart in again who struck the ball low and hard across the keeper, unfortunately the shot struck the foot of the post with a Tivvy player unable to finish the follow up...St Martins had a break which ended up in a shot flashing just wide...From then on in the Exeter side were the better team as Tivvy let them back in the game. Tivvy keeper Harrison Burton produced a couple of great saves from Saints attacks tipping wide a well struck shot and parrying high and wide another strong shot. Tivvy nearly got a second on a rare break near the end of the first half again Connor Roberts fed in striking partner Mitch Dart who shot low but the St Martins Keeper was equal to the effort. The second half started and within minutes St Martins got level when a a scrambled ball in the box was tucked away to make it 1-1..The second half was very even both teams tackling hard and giving everything they had in the midfield battle. Tivvy won a corner with five minutes left and a perfect corner found the head of Ollie Binion who attacked the ball crashing his header into the top corner. Tivvy could have gone 3-1 up seconds later when Dangerous Dart skipped through to shoot across the goal and Max Richardson just couldn't get a contact at the back post to turn the ball in. However as time ticked down St Martins won a couple of corners and with seconds left bundled home the goal to end the match 2-2 and end a great game of football between two very well matched teams. Well done to Tivvy on a excellent opening game they definitely look like a team who can improve on their position last season...

Brixington Blues 0 v 1 Tivvy U10s
Tivvy carried on the performance from the opening game dominating the match throughout with a late winner to seal the game which they deserved to win by more overall. A pretty quiet opening to the game which saw little side gain a upper hand but Tivvy carved out the first chance when Jordan Mitchell couldnt quite connect to a flashing shot which he diverted towards goal with the ball just flashing wide. Ryan Doble attacked a header from a Ollie Binion corner just flashing his header wide. Excellent defending throughout the game by Ryan Doble kept any breaks to a minimum as his strength and Bullish power in the tackle gave little away!!! Connor Roberts passed in Mitch Dart again with a lovely cross field pass which Dart forced a corner. From the corner Connor Roberts met the header with power but the ball just flew over the bar. Tivvy looked dangerous with Roberts and Binion a real threat from corners with their arial abilities... The second half started with Tivvy in control Zak HIde striking a free kick which was parried around the post and from the resulting corner Ollie Binion met the corner identically as the last game but this time his excellent header crashed against the Brixington post with the keeper beaten. Occasional breaks were dealt with safe handling by yellows keeper Burton who looked safe throughout. With two minutes left Tivvy put Connor Roberts back on as they won a corner and from this perfect cross from Lewis Coton for the third time in one day Ollie Binion met the corner with a thumping header which found the bottom corner through a packed penalty area to seal the 1-0 win for the yellows...
