Colyton 6 v 1 Tiverton U15 Girls - Devon Girls League cup October 2009
We had a very disappointing result and performance yesterday in the cup, losing away 6-1 to Colyton despite making a bright start. Colyton took the lead early in the first half; this was quickly cancelled out by a Sophie Bamforth strike. Colyton then proceeded to score twice just before half time, the first being a poor defensive error and the second one an intended cross. However, the performance was lack lustre throughout with the exception of one or two players in particular Shannon Collins who was excellent throughout. Our next game is at home on the 8th November 2009 at home to Exmouth Amateurs.
